Metropole is a leading wealth creation firm. We help our clients to build, keep and pass on their wealth through property. We help our clients to understand their wealth creation journey and then hold their hand along the way.

Our clients are mostly average Australians ( and a few others) who want to find a safe and secure way to build wealth for the long term. They are not looking for get rich quick schemes but want to follow known proven and trusted methodologies to achieve their dreams.

Where are we based?
We have modern friendly offices in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne but we help clients from all over Australia and elsewhere. We are well into our expansion plans too so new offices are not far away.

Our team are dedicated to our clients. They know how important honest, straightforward advice is and they know that’s what we deliver. They want to be part of a progressive team who know how to deliver amazing service and outcomes. But..... they also know how to have some fun, support each other and work like a team!

Let’s be honest, we’d like to say it’s exciting but if it’s excitement maybe you’re better applying to NASA or the Formula 1, or maybe a skydiving company.
While it may not be exciting it is fulfilling. Watching our clients achieve their dreams and create a lasting legacy for their family is certainly the next best thing to excitement.
We foster a team spirit where we work closely together and we all watch out for each other. We encourage learning and advancement and firmly believe in promoting from within. We may not be the hipsters you see on some of the real estate shows but we think we are solid, dependable, focussed and fun.

We’re seeking an exceptional Wealth Planner.
Are you looking to join Australia’s preeminent wealth through property advisory team?
Do you want to help everyday Australians grow, protect, and pass on their wealth?

You can work from our MELBOURNE, SYDNEY, or BRISBANE offices.Then join our Metropole sales team!
About you:
- You have strong analytical skills and a proven track record, plus a knack for finding the right solution for your clients.
- Client-Focused: You have an uncanny knack for identifying client needs and tailoring strategies to meet them.
- Wealth of Knowledge: You bring a consultative approach, offering clients tailor-made property and wealth solutions using the appropriate software analysis tools like PIA.
- Team Player: Collaboration is your middle name; you fit right into a cohesive, supportive team.
- Understand the intricacies of the Australian real estate and financial markets.
What You’ll Do:
- Meet clients, discover their current financial position, ascertaining where they want to be and then design a way to get them there.
- Craft personalized wealth creation and property solutions for these clients.
- Document the advice to Metropole’s standards using the appropriate software.
- Deliver the written advice and then follow-up with meetings to make sure the client understands all aspects of the advice.
- Client relationship management through the period of getting ready to purchase.
- Refer new and existing clients to our panel of internal and external affiliates – finance brokers, accountants and financial planners, property management, construction, development.
- Transferring the relationship to the local or interstate buyers’ agents.
