Wealth Retreat 2026 Signature Seat Giveaway

1. Promoter

This competition is conducted by Metropole Pty Ltd (“Promoter”).

2. Competition Type

This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner.
Each entry will be judged based on merit against the criteria outlined below.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years or over.
Entrants must be residents of Australia at the time of entry.
Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

4. Competition Period

The competition opens on 09/04/2026
Entries close at 11:59pm (AEST) on May 8, 2026

Late entries will not be accepted.

5. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

Complete the official application form; and
Provide all requested information, including responses to any questions.

Incomplete or illegible entries may be deemed invalid.

6. Judging Criteria

Entries will be judged by Michael Yardney based on:

Quality and thoughtfulness of responses
Demonstrated commitment to property investment
Alignment with the objectives and experience of the Wealth Retreat

The decision of the Promoter is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Prize

The winner will receive:

One (1) Signature Seat at Wealth Retreat 2026 (May 30 – June 3)
Five (5) nights’ accommodation at RACV Royal Pines Resort
Access to all sessions, networking events, and included meals (as outlined in event materials)

Total prize value: $14,995 AUD

8. Prize Exclusions

The prize does not include:

Flights or any transportation to or from the Gold Coast
Travel insurance
Personal expenses or incidental costs

The winner is responsible for arranging and covering all travel-related costs.

9. Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be selected on May 10, 2026
The winner will be notified via email and/or phone
If the winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner.

10. Prize Conditions

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash
If the winner is unable to attend the retreat on the specified dates, the prize will be forfeited
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary

11. Use of Entries

By entering, participants agree that:

Their entry content may be used by the Promoter for marketing and promotional purposes
Their name and likeness may be used to announce the winner

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for:

Any loss, damage, or injury suffered in connection with the competition or prize
Any technical issues affecting entry submission

13. Privacy

Personal information collected will be used in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy and for the purpose of administering this competition.

14. General

The Promoter reserves the right to:

Verify the validity of entries
Disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these terms
Modify, suspend, or cancel the competition if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances
