Over since 2000 / 25+ years, our agents have built deep relationships with selling agents in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane, who often give our clients first look at a property before it goes public. For a buyer, that can mean securing the right home with far less competition.

Our job isn't done until you're in the right home. We present a shortlist of suitable properties - as many as it takes - and keep searching until we've found the one that meets your brief. We successfully purchase for the vast majority of our clients; the few who don't proceed have usually had a change in personal circumstances. We'll be honest with you throughout: if a property isn't right, we'll tell you, and we won't waste your time on homes that don't fit.

Every search is different — it depends on how specific your brief is and how the market is moving. Once we understand your needs and budget, we begin searching straight away across both on-market and off-market properties. Whilst not a guarantee- many of our clients are in their new home within 12-16 weeks. It varies of course based on your personal circumstances & market conditions. Because we do the searching, shortlisting and negotiating for you, the process is almost always faster - and far less stressful - than going it alone.

Our agents bid on your behalf with a clear strategy and a firm ceiling, so you make the right bid at the right time without the nerves. We can also assess the competition beforehand and advise whether a property is worth pursuing at all.

The selling agent is paid by the vendor and works to get the seller the highest price - and they know things about a property they're not going to volunteer to you. We're the opposite. We're independent, we have no properties to sell, and we're paid by you, so our only goal is getting you the right home at the best price. By law, one agent can't represent and take a commission from both sides of a sale - so if you don't have your own agent, you don't have anyone on your side.
