    Metropole is a leading wealth creation firm. We help our clients to build, keep and pass on their wealth through property. We help our clients to understand their wealth creation journey and then hold their hand along the way.
  • Who do we help?
    Our clients are mostly average Australians ( and a few others) who want to find a safe and secure way to build wealth for the long term. They are not looking for get rich quick schemes but want to follow known proven and trusted methodologies to achieve their dreams.
  • Where are we based?
    We have modern friendly offices in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne but we help clients from all over Australia and elsewhere. We are well into our expansion plans too so new offices are not far away.

    Our team are dedicated to our clients. They know how important honest, straightforward advice is and they know that’s what we deliver. They want to be part of a progressive team who know how to deliver amazing service and outcomes. But..... they also know how to have some fun, support each other and work like a team!

    Join our prestigious Brisbane team at Metropole Property Group, a multi award-winning national wealth creation company.

    A position has become available in our Property Management Department for a Saturday Leasing Consultant.

    Our busy and dynamic Property Management Team currently manage 350 + residential properties across Brisbane.

    This role is the perfect position for anyone who has been working as a Property Manager and is wanting to take a step back or alternatively for anyone who wants to return to or commence working in the Real Estate Industry.

    Hours will predominately be of a Saturday, between 9.00am and 4.00pm – with a minimum shift of 3 hours. Availability of a Tuesday or Thursday afternoon would also be advantageous during the spring and summer months.

    The key responsibilities for this position will include but are not limited to:

    • Conducting Open for Inspections
    • Entering details and registering prospective tenants in Inspect Real Estate
    • Providing feedback to Property Managers on properties and tenant interest
    • Engaging with prospective tenants to ensure above standard customer service

    We are seeking an individual who has strong communication skills, is extremely organised and can work independently.

    You must possess the following attributes to be considered for the role:

    • Real Estate Certificate of Registration
    • Valid Driver’s Licence
    • Reliable, registered and fully insured motor vehicle
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Experience using Inspect Real Estate advantageous
    • Exceptional organisational skills and time management
    • A cheerful disposition, positive attitude and passion for customer service
    • Ability to follow processes and procedures

    We are now looking for determined, self-motivated and passionate Property Manager to join our growing team.

    What You’ll Do: 

    Further develop and implement this role with your enthusiasm and high level of initiative, strong communication skills with the aim of building long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

    • Manage a portfolio of up to 160 properties
    • Maintain regular, close professional relationships with clients
    • Arrears & maintenance management 
    • Conduct condition reports and routine inspections 
    • Advise on and finalise annual rent reviews and lease renewals 
    • Prepare and attend VCAT applications 

    Who You Are: 

    • Passionate about Real Estate and Property Investment 
    • Possess excellent communication skills and a knack for problem-solving 
    • Thrive in a dynamic, faced paced environment and ability to multitask 
    • 2+ years’ experience in end-to-end Residential Property Management 
    • Certificate of Registration or Licenced Estate Agent 
    • Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence
