Our clients are mostly average Australians ( and a few others) who want to find a safe and secure way to build wealth for the long term. They are not looking for get rich quick schemes but want to follow known proven and trusted methodologies to achieve their dreams.

Where are we based?
We have modern friendly offices in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne but we help clients from all over Australia and elsewhere. We are well into our expansion plans too so new offices are not far away.

Business Development Manager – Melbourne

Reporting to the National Executive of Property Management:
You will further develop and implement this role with your enthusiasm and high level of initiative, strong communication skills with the aim of building long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Attractive commission structure on offer.
What You’ll Do:
- Secure new business for the Property Management division initially
- Develop into promoting and securing new business across all divisions
- Use initiative to identify and convert new business opportunities
- Maintain a high standard of building strong client relationships
- Keeping client database records up to date
Who You Are:
- Preferably minimum 3 years’ sales experience
- High level local property market knowledge
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Client focused and results orientated approach
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
This is a full-time position with the hours of work being Monday -Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm. You will be provided with induction training and support, flexibility to work from home after a successful probation period.

Inspection Manager – Brisbane

A position has become available in our Property Management Department for a Saturday Leasing Consultant.
Our busy and dynamic Property Management Team currently manage 350 + residential properties across Brisbane.
This role is the perfect position for anyone who has been working as a Property Manager and is wanting to take a step back or alternatively for anyone who wants to return to or commence working in the Real Estate Industry.
Hours will predominately be of a Saturday, between 9.00am and 4.00pm – with a minimum shift of 3 hours. Availability of a Tuesday or Thursday afternoon would also be advantageous during the spring and summer months.
The key responsibilities for this position will include but are not limited to:
- Conducting Open for Inspections
- Entering details and registering prospective tenants in Inspect Real Estate
- Providing feedback to Property Managers on properties and tenant interest
- Engaging with prospective tenants to ensure above standard customer service
We are seeking an individual who has strong communication skills, is extremely organised and can work independently.
You must possess the following attributes to be considered for the role:
- Real Estate Certificate of Registration
- Valid Driver’s Licence
- Reliable, registered and fully insured motor vehicle
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using Inspect Real Estate advantageous
- Exceptional organisational skills and time management
- A cheerful disposition, positive attitude and passion for customer service
- Ability to follow processes and procedures

Senior Property Manager – Brisbane

We are now looking for a passionate Senior Property Manager to join our Property Management team in preparation for 2025 which is set to be a year of growth and opportunity.

Reporting to the National Executive of Property Management:
What You’ll Do:- Manage and respond to all correspondence and maintain professional relationships with Owners and Occupiers
- Manage routine maintenance and coordinate with trades and external stakeholders
- Conduct regular routine inspections, providing detailed reports
- Conduct thorough Entry & Exit reports
- Arrears Management
- Research and recommend yearly rent reviews and lease renewals
- Maintaining minimum advertising standards in line with Metropole’s policies and procedures
- Preparation of QCAT cases and correspondence if required
Who You Are:
- Hold a Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate license
- Current Driver’s License and a reliable car
- Preferably minimum 3 years’ experience, comfortable within end to end portfolio management
- An ethical, service focused approach
- Motivation and passion to strive for success
- Experience with Property Tree, IRE & Inspection Express would be advantageous
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional presentation
- Time management, organisational skills and the ability to problem solve are imperative.
