Meredith has been a professional property manager in Sydney for over 40 years, during which time she has successfully adapted to the massive technological and real estate industry changes that have taken place.

Meredith’s no-nonsense approach and high attention to detail ensure she achieves a consistently high standard of service for her clients. Her warm and engaging personality and her personal motto to be “firm but fair,” combined with a strong work ethic, high level of integrity and honesty, ability to actively listen, and a willingness to always go the extra mile, have ensured a successful career in which she has earned the respect of landlords, tenants, and colleagues alike. Meredith came to Metropole on a 9-month contract to manage our inner-west portfolio, which concluded in early 2024. When that position became available on a permanent basis in October 2024, we had no hesitation in asking Meredith to return to the successful Sydney Metropole team.
