Team Leader, Senior Property Manager
Nelly is a Licensed Estate Agent and the Team Leader of Metropole’s Melbourne Property Management Division.
With a career in real estate that began in 2008, Nelly brings extensive industry experience to the role. Initially specialising in property sales, particularly house and land packages, Nelly went on to establish and grow a successful agency, building a rent roll from the ground up. It was through this experience that Nelly discovered a genuine passion for property management and the rental sector, ultimately choosing to focus on this area over sales.
Since joining Metropole over three years ago, Nelly has continued to thrive, leading a dedicated team and working closely with our valued clients. Driven by the personal motto, “If not now, then when?”, Nelly approaches both work and life with purpose and enthusiasm.
Outside of the office, Nelly enjoys traveling and spending quality time with family and friends.
