Rebecca brings a diverse background in property, business operations, marketing, and client service to the Metropole team. Having worked with Metropole for five years, she initially spent two years in a temporary Property Management role before joining the company full-time. Since then, she has contributed across Administration, Reception, and Property Management, supporting both clients and team members with her strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Rebecca also works with Mastermind Business Accelerator, Metropole’s business coaching division, where she assists in delivering support to business owners and professionals.
Before transitioning into property management, Rebecca enjoyed a successful 15-year career in Corporate Communications and Marketing. During this time, she established and led a travel and tourism division for an international consulting firm, managing teams across Australia and New Zealand and driving strategic growth initiatives.
Rebecca later founded her own Interior Design business, collaborating with property developers throughout Sydney to create functional and inspiring spaces.
Outside of work, Rebecca is a passionate traveller who loves exploring new destinations, cooking with her daughters, and snuggling with her cat.
