Samantha joined Metropole in 2021 and has played a pivotal role in strengthening the business from within. Now the Capability and Culture Lead, she is passionate about ensuring the organisation is strategically ready to execute the leadership team’s vision and operate at its highest potential.

With a strong focus on clarity, alignment and execution readiness, Samantha works closely with the CEO to translate strategic direction into clear priorities and defined capability requirements. Samantha ensures initiatives are aligned, resourced and ready before they enter operations.

She is known for her solution-focused mindset and is deeply committed to shaping a culture that supports strategic intent, helping the Metropole team to grow both personally and professionally whilst performing at their best.

Outside of life at Metropole, Samantha enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their three young sons, embracing the same energy and intentionality at home that she brings to her work.
