Shannon Gillespie
General Manager - Developments
I’ve always been passionate about construction, starting in carpentry and running my own business before moving into supervisory and senior management roles. Clear communication, strong relationships, and a process-driven approach guide how I work. I’m also a strong problem solver and connect easily with people, building trust and rapport quickly.
As General Manager of Developments, I lead projects and enjoy supporting the team, working with clients, and being involved in the design of our builds. I also work closely with the directors and Heads of Departments across the business, enhancing systems, partnerships, and culture. I’m part of the Leadership Group, contribute to the Emerging Leaders Program, and support the Mastermind Business Accelerator.
Outside work, family is a priority. We love holidays with family and friends, weekend adventures, and plenty of laughs at home. I’m a coach at my kids’ basketball club and stay involved in all their sports and hobbies. I also enjoy date nights with my wife exploring restaurants and fine dining, exercising, and spending time with my brother and mates at the footy or on the golf course.
