Metropole is a leading wealth creation firm. We help our clients to build, keep and pass on their wealth through property. We help our clients to understand their wealth creation journey and then hold their hand along the way.

Our clients are mostly average Australians ( and a few others) who want to find a safe and secure way to build wealth for the long term. They are not looking for get rich quick schemes but want to follow known proven and trusted methodologies to achieve their dreams.

Where are we based?
We have modern friendly offices in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne but we help clients from all over Australia and elsewhere. We are well into our expansion plans too so new offices are not far away.

Inspection Manager – Brisbane

Reporting to the Team Leader & National Executive of Property Management:
What You’ll Do:
Further develop and implement this role with your enthusiasm and high level of initiative, strong communication skills with the aim of building long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct mid-week open for inspections
- Assisting property managers in overflow routine inspections
- Collecting & dropping off keys for new management take overs
- Monthly key audits, bond top ups & monthly compliance checks
Who You Are:
- Passionate about Real Estate and Property Investment
- Possess excellent communication skills and a knack for problem-solving
- Thrive in a dynamic, faced paced environment and ability to multitask
- Experience in end-to-end Residential Property Management desirable but not essential – this role is ideal to grow into a Property Manager
- Certificate of Registration or Licenced Estate Agent
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence

About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional with a strong understanding of end-to-end residential construction processes, materials, and costs. You’ll play a key role in preparing accurate cost estimates, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring our projects are delivered on time and within budget.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing detailed cost estimates for residential construction projects
- Reviewing project plans and specifications to determine scope
- Liaising with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Evaluating supplier and subcontractor quotes for accuracy and value
- Managing purchase orders and procurement timelines
- Maintaining cost databases and historical records
- Assisting with bid proposals and tender documentation
- Monitoring project costs and reporting on progress
- Contributing to project meetings with cost-related insights
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as an estimator in residential construction
- Strong proficiency in DataBuild is a must!
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and communication abilities

- Refer new and existing clients to our internal and external affiliates ie finance brokers, accountants and financial planners.
Qualifications & Experience:
- General understanding of property investment and finance

- Experience in closing sales deals

- Current Queensland Real Estate Licence

What You’ll Do:
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders; solicitors, brokers, sales agents
- Inspect potential properties and attend auctions on behalf of clients
- Co-ordinate pre-settlement inspections and Pest & Building reports
- Research and identify suitable properties (on and off market)
- Provide market insights and comparable sales data
- Ensure the process is streamlined and hassle free for clients
- Represent our clients and their interests exclusively with attention and care
Qualifications & Experience:
- Current Real estate experience minimum 3 years preferred
- Current Queensland Real Estate License
