Metropole is a leading wealth creation firm. We help our clients to build, keep and pass on their wealth through property. We help our clients to understand their wealth creation journey and then hold their hand along the way.

Our clients are mostly average Australians ( and a few others) who want to find a safe and secure way to build wealth for the long term. They are not looking for get rich quick schemes but want to follow known proven and trusted methodologies to achieve their dreams.

Where are we based?
We have modern friendly offices in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne but we help clients from all over Australia and elsewhere. We are well into our expansion plans too so new offices are not far away.

Our team are dedicated to our clients. They know how important honest, straightforward advice is and they know that’s what we deliver. Let’s be honest, we’d like to say it’s exciting but if it’s excitement maybe you’re better applying to NASA or the Formula 1, or maybe a skydiving company.
While it may not be exciting it is fulfilling. Watching our clients achieve their dreams and create a lasting legacy for their family is certainly the next best thing to excitement.
We foster a team spirit where we work closely together and we all watch out for each other. We encourage learning and advancement and firmly believe in promoting from within. We may not be the hipsters you see on some of the real estate shows but we think we are solid, dependable, focussed and fun.

Property Manager – Brisbane
Are you a Property Manager looking for something just a little different?
At Metropole – we don’t sell property!
We help clients build wealth through long-term investment — and our Property Managers are at the centre of that strategy.
If you’re a Property Manager who takes pride in doing the job properly — not rushing inspections, not cutting corners, not being buried under unrealistic portfolio sizes with little or no support or flexibility — this role will feel different.Why This Role Is Different

We work alongside wealth strategists, builders and buyers’ agents — so your role directly contributes to long-term client outcomes. - You’ll actually have support.
From the latest in technology, to full administration and trust accounting support and an amazing Saturday crew so you can actually rest on the weekend! Leasing processes, systems, and team structure designed so you can focus on what matters — managing the asset, not chasing your tail.
What You’ll Be Doing:
This is end-to-end Property Management — but done properly:
- Managing a well-maintained portfolio of investment-grade properties
- Building strong, long-term relationships with landlords and tenants
- Overseeing maintenance with a focus on protecting asset value (not just quick fixes)
- Conducting routine inspections and entry and exit reports with attention to detail (and the time to do them!)
- Managing arrears with professionalism and consistency
- Leading rent reviews and lease renewals with confidence and market insight
- Preparing and attending QCAT matters when required
Who This Role Will Suit:
We are looking for someone who:
- Cares about doing Property Management well — not just getting through the day
- Has 2+ years’ experience in Residential Property Management
- Communicates clearly, confidently, and professionally
- Thinks like an asset manager, not just a task manager
- Takes ownership and pride in their portfolio
- Holds a current Certificate of Registration or Licenced Estate Agent
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence

Inspection Manager – Brisbane
Join our Brisbane Property Management team at Metropole Property Group, a multi award-winning national wealth creation company.

We are now looking for a proactive passionate Real Estate Professional to join our growing team.

Reporting to the Team Leader & National Executive of Property Management:
What You’ll Do:
Further develop and implement this role with your enthusiasm and high level of initiative, strong communication skills with the aim of building long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct mid-week open for inspections
- Assisting property managers in overflow routine inspections
- Collecting & dropping off keys for new management take overs
- Monthly key audits, bond top ups & monthly compliance checks
Who You Are:
- Passionate about Real Estate and Property Investment
- Possess excellent communication skills and a knack for problem-solving
- Thrive in a dynamic, faced paced environment and ability to multitask
- Experience in end-to-end Residential Property Management desirable but not essential – this role is ideal to grow into a Property Manager
- Certificate of Registration or Licenced Estate Agent
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence
- Ideal candidate lives on the South Side of Brisbane
