From a very young age, Shannon had a love for constructing things, which developed into a focus on carpentry and aspirations of becoming a builder. Self-employed from the age of 21, Shannon ran a small but successful carpentry business. In 2011 he began supervising to expand his knowledge and experience and to move into more senior management roles.

Communication is a strong attribute, together with the ability to establish strong relationships based on trust, reliability, and organisation allows Shannon to excel in his role.
